A new study by some German research institute I’ve never heard of found that “a man’s chances of dying early are cut by a fifth if their bride is between 15 and 17 years their junior.”

I like the sound of that.  If you don’t know, Amanda is 17 years younger than me.

Unfortunately, Amanda may not fare so well: “wives with husbands older or younger by between 15 and 17 years increase their chances of dying early by 30 per cent.”

Apparently when Amanda tells me she can’t live without me, she really means it…  :-/

But me?  I am going to live forever.

Thank you, Germany!
